Hey, I noticed from a post of yours from two years ago that you're interested in maths but not in finance, would love to know whether you've figured out what to do with maths and also whether you carried on being interested in postgrad/becoming a professor(although I'd say the last one is probably unlikely). I'm starting the mathematical studies(minor in music) course at Royal Holloway in September, have become steadily more interested in maths myself and shadowed some extra modules over the last year to make up for much of what I missed. Next year I'm taking 7 of my modules in maths as well and am hoping to study for a masters after, though I'm uncertain whether it would be in Germany/Austria(because I like their 2 year, very broad courses and speak the language) or in the UK. So I still have enough time that I wonder about becoming a lecturer/professor myself anyway, after spending the year with so many people with plans in finance, I just felt like asking!
