The dress I might wear (I'm unsure atm) is a waterfall dress, the front is maybe an inch or two above my knees whereas the backs considerably longer. I'm wearing it with a blazer and tights anyway so that should cancel out anything "inappropriate".
Yeah I heard about that rule as well, I do not plan to follow it aha, knee length? nonono.
