Why are you against the right to bear arms? Strict gun laws don't work. In fact, if that school hadn't been a no-gun zone less people would have probably died because someone else may have had a gun to stop the shooter.

No its not. Gay marriage is disgusting and it promotes amoral behavior. Not to mention it undermines the very reason for marriage - providing a stable household for raising kids.

As for teaching homosexuality in school, unless we teach that homosexuality should be kept in private, then it is only going to harm children. You and I came out of the education system just fine without being explicitly taught about gays. Bullying gays shouldn't be tolerated, but if homosexuality is taught in schools it is only going to encourage more bullying of the gays.

But healthcare is more expensive. Not to mention that roads are paid for in proportion to how much you use them (tax on gas etc.). And these healthcare bills Obama is pushing are only the start.

Republicans don't discriminate against gays. Being against gay marriage does not make you anti-gay. Gay marriage is disgusting, as is gay adoption and teaching kids about homosexuality in school. You just want everyone to live the gay lifestyle. You need to back off and stop forcing 'gay rights' down everyone's throats.

I don't think you understand. Healthcare is expensive and the tax is gonna be minimal - because it is targeted at the poor, who cannot afford to pay high taxes. Therefore someone is going to have to subsidize this healthcare system. That someone is the rest of us. Besides, this is a slippery slope. Where is this healthcare plan going to stop?

I don't see what is wrong with having gays in the republican party. Republicans do not discriminate against gays. Nor do I. I understand that homosexuality should be legal and that you should be free to do what you want in private.

I still don't understand why this isn't enough for you and others.

Also, there is no way that a full socialized healthcare system can be funded by only charging those who use it. That doesn't work. The point of insurance is to amortize cost over everyone so that it is affordable for everyone. You clearly don't have much of a grip of economics.
