Best place is someone's house or the lancaster music coop. Depending on the time of day we can get a practice space for £4/hour. Split between the two of us it'd be dead cheap. And seeing as we both have guitars and amps we wouldn't need to rent any equipment, though that would only be a couple of pounds anyway.
