Oh sorry i forgot about hte wall post. I'll dig it out, although my personal statement isn't THAT good!! I would spend more time over the summer just reading/watching psychology stuff than seriously going through the personal statement. My personal statement wasn't that good, it got so mangled by the involvement of so many teachers i didn't like it in the end!

I think I want to do research, but getting a first at cambridge in PPS is bloody hard!! So maybe research, or maybe some psychology related career? Clinical neuropsychology tickles my fancy! what about you?

Hey, sorry for the long reply. Are you talking about the distinction between HSPS and PBS for 2013 entry? Unlike maths/engineering/bio/chem/physics most psychology graduates don't actually do anything related to psychology when they leave, although if you leave from cambridge with a 2.1 or above your in a good position to apply for psychology jobs (which are hard to get into) such as clinical, neuro, research, educational psychologists. PBS seems quite interesting since you still have a lot of choice to study things other than psychology in your degree...
