Keeping up and being a good dad to my boys Finlay and Ollie and husband to my wife Lara.

Boxing is my favourite sport. I have loved the sport since watching Hagler vs Sugar Ray Leonard in 1987. My folks were never keen on me competing during my school years, and I was in danger of carrying a life regret of never actually doing it. So I decided to get back in the gym and started to compete. I love it! The hard core training, the team camaraderie and the mental and physical challenge of climbing through those ropes. Awesome 7-0 if you're interested at Light Middle Weight.

I also enjoy most other sports. Football is up there. (Spurs Fan) I love Skiing and Snowboarding, although I have work to do on my skiing technique, having had to prize myself away from boarding. I also enjoy wakeboarding, but am desperately looking to improve! so any tips welcome.

I also have a real interest in high performance behaviours and how individuals and teams perform at the highest level. I have been really lucky to have been exposed to some great people in this area, who specialise in transferring preparation and performance techniques from the sporting world and transfer these into all other walks of life. Very cool!

And finally I really enjoy the company of friends, and enjoy it even more when there is a drink involved. I am big into the red wine and am currently enjoying the discovery of all the different gins out there. (Hendricks tops my chart currently)
