    Hey,

    Well it shouldn't be too bad for the first session. You just need to separate the text files into sensible table. Maybe 5, Officials, Runners, Runs, Location and Results. You can do this by simply importing the data and running queries on it with the tables that you have created. Then after that it's a bit harder as you will have to create a runner registration and create runs with Run ID. But this is the sort of thing you teacher should be helping you with because it's hard. Before each session I would just try and make sure you know what your going to get done in that 2 hours and you should be fine.

    I am totally stuck on unit 7, i do not have a clue how to approach it. Can you point me in the right direction please.
