Sorry only just noticed your reply! - Personally, no as it uses up space and it seems patronising to the admissions tutors but that's just personal preference
I'm about ready to send mine off Hope to see you in Nottingham next September <3
Thank-you!!! I never even thought to talk about why I want to study both or the uni taster days we did last year. Do you think it'd be a good idea to mention my other subjects in relation to the course?
Hope your plans are coming together xxx
Hiya! I can't tell you WHAT to put as it is your PERSONAL statement Why do you want to study AmStud? What areas interest you most? What experiances (i.e visits to America, taster lecters) have you had, what interests you and why? Read any books, what did you like about them and why? Why study history? Why study both instead of one or the other? What modules have you done in school that are relevant, what interested you about them and why? How does A Level History help you? What interests you about it? What experiences and skills do you have that show you would be capable of university study, both inside and out of the classroom? What are your hobbies and interests, how do they make you more able to study AmStud or at university in general? What are your plans for your future/gap year if taking one?
Just make sure to be reflective, honest and enthusiastic sounding.
You can always add your PS to the private help forums on TSR for advice. Good Luck and I hope to see you in 2013! xx
