@Beebeebee123, you know why I got the job: on my internship people loved me. I don't think of myself as Black or a woman generally. I am just Heather. People loved me because I am fun, I am funny and I work like a slave! Get ready for the all nighters 
@Rainingshame: full scholarship to the University of Cambridge. Graduated with a first in Econ. Was first woman at Gonville and Caius college (third largest college in Cambridge) to get a first in Econ in the final year.

Hey, I do not have any issue. It just feels like maybe you should just provide a link to your website and let them find the book, rather than having the book name on every single post. I dont know what other posters might think, but for me you didnt come across too well by doing so.

I am a black African woman so not your typical banker but I did relatively well in both IBD and on the trading floor.
