Your GCSE's are more than enough, you did much better than me in them. What exactly were your AS grades? It's strange your school told you to put AS as pending, as far as I am aware everyone I know sends off AS grades, and puts A2 grades as pending, at least that's what I had to do. Remember the minimum to get in isn't like a bench mark you have to wildy surpass, it's the level at which they believe candidates are good enough. Yes there are people here with 3 A*'s but I'm not one of them, and there are plenty of people who just met the AAA or AAB requirement needed. I can't talk about LSE because I didn't get an offer from there, but I have a feeling that's because I didn't do any maths/science.

Yeah I'm studying Geography and I have friends here doing Economics. Pretty much everyone on TSR thinks they aren't good enough to get in to where they want to go, why are you worried particularly?

Hello! Sadly, I am no longer applying I got disappointing AS grades (or at least by my initial standards!), ABBC and am predicted A*AA. Sadly the A* is in economics, not maths, and so I don't meet the requirements! Best of luck with you though, certainly with further maths also you have a chance!
