I'm writing regarding your message on the Student Room - entitled "Tutorhunt. Is it a scam?". I work for Tutor Hunt and your post was brought to my attention by one of our tutors.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the poor level of service you have received from Tutor Hunt. We always try to complete all refund requests within 5 days (as we sometimes try to make contact with the tutor to find out the issue). I'm surprised your complaint hasn't dealt with within this timeline or at least someone acknowledging your dissatisfaction. It's very rare for us not to honour a refund request, so I'm really confused as to what has happened here.

Firstly, please can you let me know if this was refunded since your posting, have you had any response at all so far from Tutor Hunt? Also can you let me know your username so I can look into this matter?
