if you're trying to say i go there often it would be: j'y vais souvent

if you want to say i spend a lot of my time there it'd be: je passe beaucoup de temps lĆ

Yes there is. For the word for 'there', it has an accent. For the word meaning 'the' in front of feminine nouns, it is simply 'la'.

I'd be more inclined to say j'y passe beaucoup de temps or je le frƩquente souvent.
