As far as I'm aware, no. You'll have to ask your school for them, but the examiners reports are almost a perfect substitute, since they give the question and areas which need to be concentrated on (rather than perfect word-for-word answers).
Here you can buy loads of papers and other stuff (including Examiners' Reports) from Edexcel. There's a wide choice, but it's very expensive. I don't know of anywhere where you can get it for free...
man our school didnt have an economics ALevel candidate for a long time, so i've no economics past papers. i managed to get some units 4 but i literally have no unit 5(Labour Market) and unit 6 past papers at all. plz help me out guys!

if you wait until after the holidays i'll try and post all (or until i'm lazy) the economic exams for you and everybody. i made a thread before which has some papers so click on my name and you should fine some ( i think 2 unit 6 exams)
For the first part of Unit 6 there are a whole load of questions and mark schemes at the beginning of this thread . There are also a lot of tips on the exam that are pretty useful. Also make sure you understand the level based marking of the essays.
