mine has frozen,when I double click, it doesnt send the stuff, y?

That little box comes up when you hover over it meaning that you haven't clicked. And the icon is supposed to flash when you click it, are you sure that you didn't press a key causing it to flash while hovering? You probably aren't double clicking fast enough. When you right click it a menu should appear. Does it?
