kinda worried that i wont know anybody tho :L
Yeah, I'm tempted to go to the physics one. Apparently they have postgrads doing the tutoring, sounds really good! £210 though, excluding accommodation... :s-smilie:

I went to the economics summer school and the financial markets master-class. It was pretty good they gave a wider knowledge of economics in the real world than just economics out of an a2 textbook. I had two tutors who were both really good. They don't supply accommodation as far as I'm aware as it is only 10am-5pm for a few days.

Oh right cool, I went to the earlier one. To be honest I didn't really take much notice of my folder

Bit of a late reply but I went to a law weekend type workshop and the tutors literally made me piss my self with laughter, fair dos having gone I realised that law is pretty dull but it was definitely money well spent because if you sit through a lecture which is more engaging than any uni lecture will ever be and still find it ****, you'll be sure that subject's not for you
I went and tbh it wasn't that good
I enrolled for a summer one as well, but I'm cancelling it
isn't worth the money and its just a tonne of info about different specialisms which u can read up anyway online

I'm going to a summer course, that will be worth it because it involves actually doing things rather than being solely lecture based. The Young Diplomats Conference, if anyone was curious. Quite looking forward to it.
Last year I did the English lit course and it was AMAZING. The tutors were absolutely fab like funny and intelligent and the content was brill I left after each day feeling enlightened. V expensive so if u can get a bursary, do.
