Which one is heavier? 1 Kg ''Cotton'' or 1 Kg ''Iron'' ?

On average, cotton. Most of the iron that exists on earth is going to be deep within the earth's crust. That means it will weigh slightly less because there is less gravity acting on it (well, I suppose it's the same amount of gravity, just some of it is pulling it away from the centre of the earth). But obviously if you have 1kg of cotton and 1kg of iron on the earth's surface, they will weigh the same.
a cow is heavier than both which means your question is irrelavent

A kilogram is a kilogram is a kilogram. It doesn't matter what the stuff is.
Depends on how the purity of the substance. 1kg of what you think is iron may have air pockets in it, meaning its not just iron your weighing.
