FAVOURITE RESTAURANT MEAL: it depends entirely upon the restaurant! but I do love mezze platters (includes lots of pitta, houmous, tahini, olives, falafel, etc) from Persian/Lebanese restaurants in the South Kensington area
FAVOURITE FAST FOOD ITEM: fish and chips on the seafront in Cornwall
FAVOURITE SUPERMARKET PRE-PACKED LUNCH ITEM: an M&S falafel wrap or a nice crusty bread roll
FAVOURITE FOOD TO EAT WHEN ILL: I don't usually feel like eating much, but always crave huge juicy tomatoes!
FAVOURITE PICNIC ITEM: crusty bread, carrot batons, houmous, olives, feta, bruschetta, mini tarts, etc, etc. (picnics should be renamed 'pignics')
FAVOURITE SNACK WHEN IN A CINEMA: my local cinema has a coffee bar in the foyer so a cappucino is my usual companion; maybe chocolate raisins or something if I'm feeling decadent

FAVOURITE SUMMER'S DAY FOOD: salads with spring onion, artichokes, lambs leaf lettuce, covered in a viniagrette dressing and accompanied by foccacia or Irish brown soda bread. or a falafel burger and sweet potato fries.oh god or ASPARAGUS!
FAVOURITE WINTER'S NIGHT FOOD: pot roast with herbs and butternut squash, or any thick broth soup/stew with a hunk of freshly baked seeded bread
FAVOURITE DISH PREPARED BY A FAMILY MEMBER/FRIEND: my mum's lasagne, always
FAVOURITE CONDIMENT: salt, unfortunately - bad foodie!
BEST FOOD COMBO: M&S salt and vinegar chipsticks dipped in houmous, but nothing ever really beats the simple peanut butter on toast
MOST SATISFYING BREAKFAST: boiled/poached egg and toast, or plum jam on toasted rye/spelt bread, or porridge with a spoonful of blackcurrant jam/peanut butter - I love breakfast
FAVOURITE GUILTY SECRET FOOD: granola/strawberry crunch cereal - I can eat most of the box in one sitting; those root vegetable crisps; bread; honey halva; and anything almond flavoured
