Is pharmacy going to get saturated with jobs hard to come by?

Blimey. If anything's going to put you off pharmacy, it's this. :lol: Still want to be one though, even if I will be a lot younger than everyone else if what you say about a lot of them having done resits, since I'm studying in Scotland and we have one less year of school than English students. No re-sitting a year for me either.

And if I can't get any jobs in Britain when I qualify, New Zealand is dying for pharmacists, I'll get a job over there. :cool:

Heyyyya.. i was just wondering which univeristy would be better to go to for a pharmacy degree... UCL or KCL??? They are really similair and i have the same offer for both. im just really confused and would like peoples opinions...

May I direct you to two other threads? There have been other people choosing between UCL and KCL and I've given my opinion on it . Also you might like to discuss your thoughts with them.

Wow. And I thought I was having doubts about doing pharmacy...

If everything goes to plan this year, I will have only just have turned 18 (as I'm youngest in my year) and reading here that a lot of people have gap years/re take year makes me wonder whether I should wait a bit. I'll be only 21 when qualified (not including pre reg year) :s-smilie:
Sup guys have any of you looked at or know about pharmacy industry i.e working for GSK as a pharmaceutical rep, etc where the big monies at :biggrin:
if so whats my career path? any info or links would be much appreciated.
