I've had a ****ing awful day :frown:

Breakfast: 4 slices of toast (I know :emo:), a coffee and a glass of milk.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread and 2 soya-'chicken' burgers with tomato sauce. 2 slices of toast, one with chocolate spread and one without.
Tea: a load of Thai vegetable curry stuff with rice. Which was really healthy. Until I ate about 80% of a carton of icecream with it. :emo:

Tomorrow has to be better. It has to. I had a bit of a **** day and comfort-ate

Meh a fair average day

Breakfast: caffeine.

Lunch: a bowl of mulligatawny soup

Dinner: mushroom salad

Snacks: nonexistent

Drinks: 2l sparkling water. One strong black coffee (in addition to breakfast)
i've literally put on so much weight over the past few months, my sister even commented on it, so i am trying to be healthier..... today however, i've practically eaten a third of a tube of pringles (it was probably more like a third... an apple, a banana, water, and some of my home made brownies. and i have the rest of the day to go yet and think it's going to go largely downhill from there :facepalm2:
I've had two crumpets with strawberry jam so far...dunno what to have for lunch...

Gosh, some people eat shedloads of crap! How do you fit it all in? One meal a day plus a few little snacky-bits in the evening and I'm full up!
No breakfast
A roll with chicken tikka on it for lunch
A small slice of quiche with some chips for tea

Maybe 1 or 2 chocolates at work, and will have a couple more tonight.
breakfast : 1 activia yoghurt

lunch : 2 grilled bacon rashers, 1 fried medium-sized egg, half a tin of plum tomatoes, 2 small slices toast

snack : tiniest bit of cheese ever

dinner : a portion of cumberland pie, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, gravy

drinks : dilute sugar free blackcurrant squash, with diet lemonade

Yup! The fact that Sainsbury's is 2 minutes away does not help my attempts to eat healthily at all :p:
