tuna, sweetcorn (or cucumber) and greek yogurt (instead of mayo, less fat)
splash of lemon juice, freshly cracked black pepper.
all on wholegrain bread.

Falafel, houmous and salad.

Tuna, a tiny bit of mayo, tomato, red onion and basil, and lettuce. It's particularly good in a wholewheat wrap.

-peanut butter and jam

-Smoked tofu, alfalfa and sweet chilli jam

Brie, bacon and cranberry, preferably on a baguette. Probably not the lowest-calorie option ever, but awesome. Or make egg mayonnaise with much less mayonnaise and some mango chutney and curry powder - it sounds weird, but it awesome, trust me. Or mozzarella, basil and sun-dried tomatoes.

****, I feel so middle-class.
