Energy transformations.

I'm doing a coursework and I've only completed half half of the energy transformation part.

Ok so I've been asked to find some equipment inside of the home and the input and output of enerygy.

I've used television, microwave and speakers but I need two more and I'm not sure what to choose. It also asks for me to label the energy lost for them too. Can anyone help me with the three I've chosen above and give me two more examples? I chose three based on electrical energy, but I don't mind if it's another sort of energy.

Thanks
Battery in your phone maybe? Electrical to chemical to electrical.

Thank you
But do you know the energy lost for the transformations or anything?

Hmm.. what about pulling an spring? That's kinetic energy transformed into elastic potential energy.

Both heat energy. Well I guess most energy lossses are thermal energy.
