What does a (stereo)typical English/Welsh/Scottish/Irish person look like?

I think these countries are lacking in stereotypical aesthetics... like in general italians/swedes/germans/french have a certain look... but brits don't really.

i mean english/welsh more than scottish/irish because scottish and irish people have more of a defining look than english/welsh...

is it because we're more of a mishmash of genes? or am i wrong and we do have a defining look?

We probably do, we just don't realise it.

Pale skin. Like me. Ginger hair. Like me. (sort of)

I think being English, we dont really see stereotypical images of ourselves, but people from other countries may think there is a stereotypical look.

Scottish: ginger

English: posh and upper class.

Welsh: Drunk rugby supports/farmers.

Irish: drunks.

Hope this clarifies.

Brits are fairly pale. Also, ginger hair is a very British attribute. Naturally, it is found in other countries but in Britain it is far more common (particularly in its Celtic 'fringes' such as Scotland and Ireland).

I tend to think of:

English: top hats
Scottish: kilts
Irish: green hats and drunk
Welsh: Not really aware of any stereotypes for Welsh people other than the sheep shaggers despite more sheep in England and Scotland.

That seems about right. I am part Scottish and Irish

I don't think British people have a stereotypical look, since there has been so much immigration within it throughout history (i.e Romans, Saxons, Vikings, Celts etc).

But the general pale/ginger features are probably the most stereotypical. (which would make sense in terms of evolution/adaption due to the lack of sun the nations receive)

The englishman can have one of two stereotypes. Either a Northerner or an old Etonian. Well that seems to be what I ear from abroad.

I know what you're asking OP but i think due to a lot breeding within these populations, english, welsh, irish, scottish look too similar to have a distinct look.

I think the sterotypical look thing only happens if you look at Europe as a whole.

Spanish - tanned skin, pointy goatee and moustache

French - short, pervy look on face

German - square jaw and sunken eyes

Italian - large biceps, slicked back hair, even pervier look on face

Swedish - pale and blond

British- posh looking, stiff upper lip

English- ugly looking scallies ready to stab people

Welsh, Scottish, Irish, (+NW) - classy, nice looking decent folks
