Hi can u simplify 2t+1/ 6t-3??

Am i missing something ...
Not really. You can divide it out if you like. Are you sure it isn't 2t+16t+3\frac{2t+1}{6t+3} ?

Well you can factorise the denominator but you can't do much after that.

The q is
(4t^2 -1)/(2t^2 +11t+5) divided by (6t-3)/(t^2 +5t)

I get the answer as t3 \dfrac{t}3 , show your working.

The answer is t/ 3
You turned 2t-1 into 2t+1

and lost a t in the numerator
