If you accept a caution or pay a fine or face prosecution then, yes, it could affect your job prospects as it would appear on an enhanced CRB so any jobs that requires that ... you would need to declare

In the vast majority of situations this would not stop someone from employing you

I would suggest taking legal advice upon receipt of any letter

It only effects him

Underwear can only absorb so much. The floor is going to get wet either way.

The actual consequence of this just isn't important how long is some piss going to hang around outside? It's not like anyone has to eat their lunch off the ground.
You pissed off?

What a pisser

better pee away that money

To you it's your skin but just like strangers don't want to touch your balls, they don't want to touch hands that have been there. It's basic hygiene, regardless of whether you had a shower in the morning.

Yet I bet you have no problem shaking hands with someone. While your hands have far more germs on them purely from touching door handles & the likes. It's irrational fear, nothing more. Perhaps you should wear gloves & wash your hands after touching anyone.
If there were no toilets around near by (and you knew this) then you did the next suitable thing, pee in the street out of the way. However, you must not have hidden well if a copper found you.

Private areas are not just like any other piece of skin. They are intimate and personal areas. You wouldn't leave them on show either, so your rationalising it in terms of germs makes no sense. Next time you're in McDonald's and the bloke scratches his balls over his uniform before serving your burger, just remember there was fabric in the way and chew away!

They may not be the same in that regard, but they are in terms of hygiene (actually, your balls are probably more hygienic than your hands at most times). Which is why I say that it's irrational fear, you're not going to die if you for some reason had to touch someone else's todger. Sure it's not something you want to do, but that fear is rather irrational.

At the end of the day, provided your hands don't touch your mouth & you wash them before eating, it doesn't really matter what you touch. Hell even if you don't wash your hands the chances of you contracting anything are extremely minor.

Why is everyone having a go at him it was only a bit of pee for goodness sake. I mean, if you drop your draws and have a turd in the middle of the street that's a whole different story of course

So you'd eat that burger? We're clearly on a different page but I expect everyone to wash their hands after the toilet. It's basic hygiene. We'll agree to disagree.

I'm sure you wouldn't wash your willy in the kitchen sink but you would wash your hands-- it's not just about germs.

If you're absolutely desperate and have no choice, such as a long motorway journey and the next Service Station is half an hour away, then sure I understand that. But in normal circumstances, including a night out, it's pretty simple for an adult to anticipate when their bladder will be full. Peeing in public places is uncivilised.

:yep:

When I drink, I use the toilet a lot more (more fluid in = more fluid out). So while you can say you should be able to anticipate it, a 20 minute walk home can prove too much, even if you go just before leaving. Holding it in isn't always the answer either - it can just become incredibly painful after a while.

It doesn't help that the few places open at night that have toilets insist on you spending money before you can use them. I understand from their point of view, but it doesn't make it any easier for us.

 Awww, poor baby.
I've managed to hold it for a 30 minute walk whenever I've been out. Yes, it's uncomfortable, and there have been times when I've been hopping around on the doorstep and had to bolt straight to the bathroom when I open the door.
(The worst time was a week or so after I moved into my new house at uni. I nearly got home, then thought I'd gone the wrong way, so walked all the way around and added at least 20 minutes to my journey, on top of how long I'd already walked, in the pouring rain, absolutely bursting. It was painful, but I managed it.)
My uni city provided male urinals on Friday/Saturday nights (not that it stopped them peeing in the street), in the town centre, a short walk away from all the pubs etc. For girls, however, the only options available are: a) find a toilet - any toilet, or b) wait until you get home. So sorry, guys peeing in public get no sympathy from me.

As for the places that are open at that night only allowing customers to use their toilets... life is full of choices. As an adult, it's up to you whether you want to prioritise your money or your bladder, and to decide how desperate you are to use the toilet.

Late at night, impossible. If all the pubs are closed, where are there going to be toilets? There aren't that many public toilets around, and even if there are some, chances are they won't be open at that time either.

If there are any casinos around (I know, not everywhere will have a casino), they tend to be open almost all the time.

Finding a casino on the walk back home, that's a bit of a long shot

Depends where you live, where you've been out, and what route you take, tbh.
I genuinely don't understand how you managed to get caught?
