Reacting masses q, will I still get 1/2 marks?

The question was mass of ammonia is made with 2g nitrogen.

I managed to do the whole method perfectly except in the beginning where you write the balanced equation so you're able to work out the atomic masses, I worked out 2N because I thought we had to write a balanced equation first instead of N on its own and then only work out that one mole of nitrogen.

In the end the correct answer was 2.43 and my answer was 1.2 or something and when I doubled it I'd get that answer of 2.43.

Sometimes AQA give a few marks for answers that went a bit wrong so would I still get some marks?
If AQA do it then you should get error carried forward marks. This is because it's unfair to penalise you for a mistake more than once. So you'd lose marks on the first bit. but if you then did the right things in subsequent parts of the calculations with that wrong number, you'd still get the marks for them.

:h: good luck.
