Application for pharmacy

Ok I've just sat my SQA Highers and I think they have gone pretty well. I'm hoping for 4 A's (Maths, Biology, Chemistry and French) and a C (English). I really struggled in the English exam and although I wanted a B, I think I will probably get a C (I suppose you can never really tell with English!)

Yeah so, I want to apply for pharmacy next year at both Strathclyde and Robert Gordons. Both of their prospectus' ask for 2 A's and 2 B's including a B in English and so I was wondering if there is any possibility of me receiving an unconditional if I get a C, taking into account my other grades? I really don't want to have to resit, purely to get a B.

Any help would be great

Robert Gordon's entry requirements state "Higher English should be achieved at a minimum of Grade C" therefore you would more than likely get an unconditional. Strathclyde's rather odd and you may have to call them of if you get a C to see what they suggest doing.

All the best with your results.
