I generally take lots of photos with my DSLR, but all my instagram photo's are using my iphone. Mostly photos of stuff i find interesting/pretty, lots of food (heh...) skylines, nature, pets, and sometimes one or two of myself and friends.

Could someone explain why Instagram is so popular? I don't like hipster stuff and I'm too lazy to make an account there :<
its not all hipster stuff Haha you just take pics of whatever you like... you'll find that some people use it like Facebook and post pics of their friends, others post arty stuff, there are lots of hair/beauty things and you can also follow celebs. touch get a feed of pics from people touch are following and you can like their pics and comment on them and you can also see pics that those you are following have liked and who they are following etc... its not much effort to make an account just come up with a username and stuff then you start finding people to follow, it can use your Facebook account or phone contact list to find people you know

your pics should definitely have more likes!! hashtag more or something This was posted from The Student Room's Android App on my GT-S5830i
Thanks. I think I will have to use hashtags more, but I'm not too sure how they work. Instagram should develop a 'clearer' system for hash-tagging pictures such as the Twitter app. This is why there are many Instagramers with good pictures that don't get seen; what or who decides which pictures appear in the 'Popular' section?
