Quick queston, how do AS and A levels add up?

I'm not sure how they are put together to give you a final grade? At AS level, I got an A and a B in Pscyhology. I've just done my A2 exams and I'm probably gonna be looking at around a D in each.... so overall what will I come out with? Or say I got A, B, D, E... what would my overall A level be?
They just add up all your modules, with 80% giving an A, 70% giving a B etc.

The total A level is out of 400 (though not all units will necessarily be the same size)
320 or more -A
280-319 - B
240-279 -C
200-239 - D
160-199 - E
You just add the marks you got in each unit and work out what grade that is.
