Behavioural Interview, with no Job prior?
This is for the Jaguar Apprenticeship scheme and I am now through to the final stage. I'm confident with the practical tests that I shall do further, but there is a behavioural interview. Now, I know how these work, and what sort of questions that will be asked, but I'm not sure I will have enough to go on from my past to answer the questions, as they're usually based on things to do with previous employment.
I haven't had a job before, I'm now 18 having been in full time school and then into 6th form, so what could I use for these questions? Will I have to resort to making stuff up based on what I believe they want for the job?
