Medicine Abroad

Hi,

I'm a reapplicant for Medicine, and am going to be applying for the 2013 entry, but also wish to apply abroad simultaneously in case things don't work out a second time round, as I wish to have a back-up plan ready.

However, I do not wish to take other entrance exams such as MCAT, GAMSAT, etc, because I am currently revising for the UKCAT, and my main focus is still to get into UK universities, and don't want to have to do other entrance exams at the same time.

Could someone please tell me the countries that teach the Medicine course abroad IN ENGLISH with NO ENTRANCE EXAMS.

After 2 or so hours of googling international universities, I've only found Russia so far, could someone tell me if there are more?

Thanks

Universities in the republic of Ireland, you need to sit an entrance exam called the HPAT Ireland although that is not until February 2013 for 2013 entry, so would not affect your UKCAT preparation. However I think you need 4 A levels and it is very competitive to get in.

Well, here in Spain there are unis that are offering bilingual studies. For instance mine: www.uv.es. You need Spanish as well.

Also I've found this page where there's a list of universities that offer medicine in English. Some of them have already been said in this thread, but anyway, here you are: http://www.donde-estudiar-medicina.es/index.php/en/

Hope it helps!
