What do you all think of wearing a sweatshirt?

I have a similar one to this:

But am wondering, does it look stupid when it's just by itself? And doesn't have a shirt underneath? Like this one: http://www.asos.com/ASOS/ASOS-Crew-Neck-Sweatshirt/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=1872925&cid=5668&Rf-200=3&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=200&sort=-1&clr=Blue

Sweaters - good or bad? Without or without a shirt underneath?

I quite like wearing jumpers by themselves with nothing underneath, especially when it's quite hot outside/inside.
They look fine either way. Personal preference is with a shirt underneath, but I've seen plenty of people wear them without

Both look snuggly and lovely. (Although sexier with shirt imo, but I'm just fussy  )
I think they look fine both ways, but I agree with PurpleEyes... It's sexier with a shirt underneath. A sweater on it's own is a 'loungy' look. A sweater with a shirt underneath is a going out look, I think.
Ya am agree with you all, the both styles are looking so handsome and stylish. Inside cream or white shirt and on that this sweater will be very fine to look. Many people want to wear these type of style dress. so no problem, you can wear your wish.

I love sweatshirts - on guys and girls! And I don't think you need to wear a shirt beneath it at all.

I would wear it with a shirt underneath, but that's mostly because my neck is quite long and I need something to take the edge off (that something being the collar).

It also looks smarter to me
What about men wearing a scarf over a sweatshirt?
