Nolan Ross from Revenge, not because of how he looks but because of how hilarious he is, really wish I had a friend like him.

But for looks I would say Khal Drogo definitely, and Caleb from PLL.

I've never watched Neighbours but I googled pictures of him as Billy and you're right...he was a hottie back then too! So cute! :smile:
