How Many Countries Have You Been To?

Here goes:
UK
Ireland - Dublin
France - Paris, Normandy
Spain - Barcelona
Portugal - Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais
Italy - Rome
China - Hong Kong (and also when it was occupied by UK)
Greece - Athens
Turkey - Istanbul, Buyukada
Netherlands - Amsterdam (airport)
Czech Rep - Prague
Germany - Berlin
Hungary - Budapest
Bulgaria - Sofia, Sunny Beach
Yes, I know the majority of these are capitals. I've also noticed that I tend to stay rather static once I arrive there and I rarely go anywhere that far from the hotel (except when in Wales and N. Ireland with a hired car).

I've also been to Monaco which i'm not sure is a country or a commenwealth? And when I was there I think I technically entered Italy for a few minutes
Hoping to add Iceland this winter and Cyprus next summer. Maybe ever add Switzerland, Italy for proper and maybe some of Holland, Poland, Croatia, Germany or Czech Republic when interrailing next summer
