At least you remembered that

Of course.
Just a quick one this afternoon to get back into it.

Squats:

100 x 5/5/5

Low bar. Felt awkward as I expected, but hopefully I'll a) get used to them fairly quick and b) have no back problems when doing them.

Bench:

75 x 5/5/5

First time I've barbell benched in a while.

Chins:

bodyweight x 5/5/5

Then home.

Have you tried working on your core muscles? I found doing this (every other session for about 5-6min) + foam rolling your back works absolute wonders for back pain.

Had quite bad back pain for ages to the point I would just have to stop whatever I was doing but as soon as I started doing those two things every week n stretching before lifts it went away gradually.

Yes, although I do admit I should probably do more ab work.
Okay, but quick session tonight, even though gym was really busy.

Squats:

105 x 5/5/5

Not much trouble at all.

Press:

55 x 5/5/5

Same as above.

Chins:

bodyweight x 5/5/5

Same as above, save for maybe the last few reps on the last set.

Then home.

i hope you ain't given up training
Been ill twice in the last few weeks, and not fully recovered between them, hence the time off.

Squats:

110 x 5/5/5

Okay.

Press:

55 x 5/5/5

Okay.

Deadlifts:

150 x 5

Okay.

Did some band face pulls then went home.
Quick one tonight, was tired.

Squats:

115 x 5/5/5

Okay

Press:

57.5 x 5/5/5

Okay

Chins:

bodyweight x 5/5/5

Okay

Then home.
You're over doing going home

wait why does it say Re: the road to 70's big? lol
Decent enough session tonight.

Squats:

120 x 5/5/5

Okay.

Bench press:

75 x 5/5/5

Okay for not having done this in a while.

Deadlifts:

155 x 5

Disappointingly hard.

Then did some planks, then home.

I used to create a new log for each different routine I did, or when I came back from some time off. I then got a mod to merge them all together, but posts still have the title of the log they come from. So there should be a few others hidden away at the beginning of this log too.

Decent enough session tonight.

Squat:

122.5 x 5/5/5

Okay.

Press:

57.5 x 5/5/5

Okay again.

Barbell rows:

80 x 5/5/5

A bit harder, but not done these for a while.

Some planks, mobility and then home.

Jelly of your press, wish i could press that good

getting there slowly i guess :colondollar:
Good session tonight.

Squats:

125 x 5/5/5

Getting a tiny little bit harder.

Bench press:

77.5 x 5/5/5

Bar speed felt okay, but overall it didn't feel that easy.

Power cleans:

80 x 3/3/3/3/3

Easy enough.

Decline sit-ups:

bodyweight x 10/10/10

Some stretching then home.

Low 80's at the moment.
