Another good session tonight. Was feeling pretty tired, too.

Squats:

127.5 x 5/5/5

Getting harder.

Press:

60 x 5/5/5

Okay.

Deadlifts:

160 x 5

Okay - better than last time.

Barbell rows:

75 x 6/6/6

Just a back off set. Very strict.

Then home.
Lifts are starting to come back!

Aye. They dipped down quite far, but hopefully by Christmas I'm at least back to my best. Need to regain a lot of bodyweight too.
Poor session tonight.

Squats:

130 x 5/5/5

Okay.

Bench:

80 x 3ish

Not sure due to spotter. Was overall very poor though. Didn't have much in me.

Power cleans:

82.5 x 2

That's all I really had in me. Could deadlift it, but not clean it.

Then home.
Good session tonight.

Squats:

110 x 5
120 x 5
130 x 5

High bar, because my back wasn't liking low bar (the familiar story).

Press:

60 x 5/5/5

Good.

Power cleans:

82.5 x 3/3/3/3/3

Happy with these.

Then home.
Good session tonight.

Squats:

130 x 5/5/5

Quite hard. (High bar btw.)

Bench press:

80 x 5/5/5

Not too hard at all. Not sure what happened last time.

Deadlifts:

165 x 5

Not too bad. Think back was rounding a little bit though.

Chins:

bodyweight x 5/5/2

Meh.

Some stretching, foam rolling them home.
Not a bad session tonight, but arrived at the gym late and took ages to get what I wanted to do done.

Pause squats:

up to 135 x 1

Hard.

Press:

62.5 x 5/5/5

Not too hard.

Pull ups:

bodyweight x 5/5/5

Some mobility too.

Should have took around 45 minutes but took double that!

Then home.
Have you ever changed your programming? I remember you being on here since forever more or less doing 3x5

I don't really have programming, but I do like 3x5 on squats which is why I do it so much.
Good session tonight.

Squats:

132.5 x 5/5/5

Quite difficult.

Power cleans:

82.5 x 3/3/3/3/3

A little more difficult because they were straight after squats (couldn't get a bench and didn't want to wait ages).

Seated dumbbell press:

25s x 10/8/6

Okay.

[wider grip] chins:

bodyweight x 5/5/5

These felt good. Going to try and get more reps next time. Definitely think I can.

Also, workout was a lot faster tonight too.

Yes.
Good session tonight again.

Squats:

135 x 5/5/5

Better than last time.

Bench press:

82.5 x 5/5/5

Hard to be honest.

Deadlifts:

170 x 5

Quite hard. Back was rounding. Maybe I'll wear the belt next time.

Pull ups:

bodyweight x 5/5/4

Meh.

Then home.
Nothing wrong with tonight.

Press:

65 x 5/5/5

Hard.

Power cleans:

85 x 3/3/3/3/3

Hard.

Front squats:

up to 120 x 1

Not done these in a while. Hard.

Chins:

bodyweight x 6/6/6

Then home.

Not really. I think that doing higher reps is a better way for ensuring deltoid growth. I might start doing that soon, just really want to get back to doing 70 for reps.

Sometimes. Not enough, really.
Okay session tonight. Never missed anything important but stuff felt heavier and slower.

Squats:

137.5 x 5/5/5

Okay. Probably the highlight of the night.

Bench:

80 x 5
85 x 3
70 x 10

Moving away from 3x5 because it doesn't work that well for me. Felt heavy.

Deadlifts:

175 x 5

Felt heavy. Also, one rep slipped out my hand half way up, so I had to re-chalk. Wore my belt.

Tried some pull-ups but felt heavy. Only got 4.

Some mobility stuff then home.
Somewhat poor session tonight. Was feeling very tired.

Squats:

140 x 5/5/5

Very difficult.

Press:

66 x 5/4

Had nothing left in me. Micro-loading these now by the way.

Then home. At least I got the squats.
