Still in lots of pain. Nothing is working :frown:

Getting scared that it's something more serious

Tried loads of things - nothing working.:frown:
Sitting with a, Hot Water bottle on my stomach.
Bit worried something else could be causing this :frown:
This happens to me all the time. The best thing to do is to try and go to bed in a position that stops the pain. It'll be gone in the morning, trust me.

Hope you're fine by now! Often doing some exercises, yoga style, helps relieve you of trapped wind, even when you're unaware its there! If you lay on your back, lift ur legs up vertically into the air and move them as if you're riding a bike thats often very effective. Just for future reference anyway :p:
What I always do if I have trapped wind, is to lie on the floor on my belly.
I used to get really bad trapped wind when I was younger, and it always hurt loads, but lying on my belly always helped

Was still painful thismorning. So Mum made me see a doctor.

It's not Trapped Wind - gp thinks it might be ibs.So has ordered me a blood test & a rectal exam

Rectal exam?

I wonder if it is colonoscopy. I wouldn't want to wish that on my worst enemy.

She said - she'll do a Rectal Exam first. Then if that doesn't help diagnose the problem. She'll refer me to a specialist doctor - to proably have a Colonoscopy :frown: :frown:

I'm hoping the Blood Test, will diagnose the problem.

Does a Colonoscopy Hurt ? I'm scared ! :frown: :frown:

Has anyone had a Colonscopy? I'm proably gonna need one :frown:
What's it like ?
My mum had one. She had a local anesthetic and sedation, which I think made her quite high. She was told that a lot of people don't even really remember what happens because they're a bit out of it but she remembers the doctor pointing out her appendix on the screen!

Gp said i don't have Trapped Wind. Wish i did :frown:

She thinks i might have IBS - having a Blood Test & Rectal Exam, to exclude other problems. And to help diagnose ibs.

Will then proably be refered for a Colonscopy :frown:

What's IBS? Good luck anyway
