Pussycat Dolls Music + Excercise =

I always listen to their album too.

I always listen to music at the gym as it totally motivates me, I like to listen to sexy r n b style music because it makes me feel really upbeat and positive. I also like to listen to things like snow patrol, fratellis and hard fi as well and when im cooling down I like listening to Coldplay as they really calm me down after ive been all worked up. Also got a bit of beethoven on my ipod which I sometimes listen too, bit of a diverse mix hey :p:

I focus on my training.

If you need distracting, I suggest you find some other form of exercise that you enjoy.

That's a ridiculous statement. A lot of people use music to help motivate themselves to work harder, it's a good thing.

I enjoy listening to music and moving however I haven't got enough coordination to enjoy dance I get distressed and frustrated that I can't make my body do what I want.

However I am perfectly capable of using ALL the machines at the gym without feeling stupid, uncoordinated and a failure. Combine this with music and I have exercise I enjoy.

Does that mean I'm bad? Does that mean I'm not a real sports person? Does this mean I should be finding some other sport to do? No. It just means I'm not a jock like you.
if i aint got my ipod on me, then i just cant do anything at the gym, i become so lazy! and it aint even like a can watch the teles on the treadmills n that cos i live in the free weights section. and theres nuffin worse than a couple massive geezers gruntin for hours on end, as though we dont already know they are there!

best music for gym as gotta be sum R&B or garage, deffinately

T.I - Big things poppin (do it).

I hate rap usually but his voice scares me and makes me think that if I don't get that last rep he's gonna do me.

:frown:
A couple that I like to listen to whilst jogging...

Looper - Mondo 77

Dire Straits - Money For Nothing

Police - So Lonely

Nine Inch Nails - Closer

Must have a constant beat that you can pace yourself to

Thinking rather seriously as to what might get me fired right up, might have to be a bit of Rammstein, doing massive squats to it would probably work

also for the rockers

Rammstien -

-Feuer Frei
-Ich Will
-Links 2 3 4

Mettalica -

-Die Die Die my darling
-Battery
-For Whom the Bell Tolls

My personal Favourites-

Pendulum -

Slam (THE ABSOLUTE MUTTS NUTS)

Prodigy -

Medusa's Path
Shoot Down
Babys Got a Temper
etc

For running - Disco Science - Mirwais is a must.
haha i have a mate who listens to classical

i gotta say best song to listen to while trying to do a one rep squat in the mirror would be.. Carl Orff - Carmina Burana - O Fortuna.

as for other stuff me nd my mate agree screamo is actually pretty good for gettin you pumped..
i would reccommend Enter Shikari - if you like rock or dance then you might not mind listening to them
