Was feeling strong, so decided to try to bench 140, and was succesful! Lifts look much easier on video, those last two sets were difficult!

Looking at the video I reckon I could've had one more.
I've got a list of things to say about that video:

1) Yeah you probably had one more

2) Your form looks much better than it used to

3) Do you consciously drive your hips forward when you ascend? It doesn't look like you do

4) LOLLLLLLLLLL at everyone knowing you post it on thestudentroom "why does he go on that?"

Worked up to

105kg x 5 x 5 easy

Lots of random upper back stuff, T bar rows, pull ups, facepulls and some military and push pressing.

Funny you ask this, today was one of those days when I randomly chose t bar over bent over rows. Normally I do bent over rows. I can feel it on my lats more from t bars but barbell rows are more fun.

i've never seen anyone use T bar at my gym, looks like an exercise where you use a lot of weight though. how much do you t bar row compared to barbell row?
