Long-term potentiation and learning?

Hi

I have an essay on evidence for/against long-term potentiation as the underlying mechanism of learning, and struggled like a muggle to plan what to write, particularly for evidence against! Does anyone have any ideas/seen any articles that might be useful for me?

Please help!!

Thanks

this is fantastic - it's long but if you listen carefully the first 20 minutes are a general introduction to neuroscience and then he goes on to describe how memories are formed in terms of long-term potentiation. He addresses some experiments and theories that oppose LTP as the prime learning mechanism.
