Phlebas at Bar Eleven. Only place I have ever gone on a Tuesday night. It's the place to be.

Oceana is pretty good at the beginning of the year on Tuesdays.
Cocotang is definitely better on a Wednesday. Student night so the cocktails are pretty cheap

Definitely Phlebas, but that's because I cant stand Oceana. If thats the sort of place you like then Oceana is busy.
Market bar is open Tuesdays as well.
