transferring university ?

i'm a 2nd year fashions student at Middlesex university and very long story short i am desperate to transfer to another university to do my third year because i just can't stand it at Middlesex anymore. There are lots of hidden fees and costs and the lecturers have their 'favourites' and if you're not one of them then it's really hard to get anywhere.
Also, i'm kind of embarrassed to tell people i go there, as it's pretty darn rubbish.
Can i transfer out to do my third year elsewhere or is it just too far gone?
