What are my chances for a level 6 in IB math SL

I got 29/40 on my portfolios. I estimated that I'm getting about 75/90 on paper 1 and 68/90 on paper 2. These are worst case scenarios tough.
I absolutely need a level 6. I read somewhere that the minimum overall mark for a 6 is 66/100 but I have a hard time in believing that.
