Irwin Mitchell Assessment Centre 2012 advice?

Just wondering if anyone who has attended the Irwin Mitchell assessment Centre has any advice on how best to prepare for the day? What kind of topics the group exercise are on, what kind of questions are asked in the interview section etc.

any advice/info would be really great
