I live about 15-30 mins away from Queen Mary and pass it all the time. Just back from their open day and have been before to their one during the summer. I love it! I think the atmosphere there is awesome, its mixed and people seem really friendly. The buildings are nice but gotta admit not as nice as other London unis which are based in better locations such as King's and LSE. But QM is lovely and quiet, huge too, goes nearly all the way down Mile End road and the lecture theaters and rooms are all really nice!

Use Err Name

So I was going to do Law here... until I came for the open day. Worst Law presentation ever and the campus seemed pretty low in standards when compared to other unis. Also, QM just seems t over-hype itself just because it's now in the Russell Group :/ Some Group 1994 unis are way above it in terms of law!

EDIT: Was stating facts, that's all. No need to get so butthurt over it guys :/

It's an old Jewish cemetery which was for the local population a few decades back, I think it was bigger before until they started building and removed to the size it is today, and theres like a law which means they can't move the cemetery with the bodies for a good few decades.

Haha, I was quite recognisable with my 1940's victory rolls (type of vintage hairstyle). What did you think of it? I went to the English subject talk and thought it was great. Was packed out. The graves were a bit creepy tho...
