Standard Form Significant Figures

Hi

I'm not fully understand how this works.
I know how to turn numbers into a significant number but I don't understand what I should do with the indices.

The attachment is provided below which includes the question.

There is a mistake with the last answer.

All they want you to do is round the number to two significant figures.

So if it's 3.67 times 10 to the power of 11, to two significant figures, that is 3.7 times 10 to the power of 11. The last answer should be 6.4 times 10 to the power of 6.

Yes I was just curious as to why it was 10^4 instead of 10^6
