9 o' clock classes do not happen.

And no matter how skint you are, you always find money to go out...

You know you are a Dundee student when Clarkies is the place to go after a night out (For non-Dundee goers its a 24hour bakery)

1. Yes, lovely and tasty. You do have to be careful when transporting from side to microwave but they have a lid so not too much disastor

2. Yup. Takes about a minute for two eggs, I think. Probably not. They're specifically for normal microwaves.

but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD keep the instructions. It takes a hell of a lot of a shorter time then you'd think.
I threw away the instructions, figured I'd just stick it in for 3 mins (min and a half per egg, makes sense, right?) I took my eyes off it for a second...

BOOOM!

Egg. Was. Everywhere.

Agree with last one.

Thought, oh it's ok, I have some money left, I'll go out.

Next day checked balance...£60 into overdraft...woops (I know it may not seems a lot but im not asposed to touch it )
- You can't be bothered to wash up a cup or glass so you drink out of bowls.

- You can't find a shot glass, so you use an egg cup.

- You live off of your overdraft.

- More than £4 for a taxi is considered to be expensive.

- None of your plates/bowls are clean, so you eat out of a saucepan.

- You eat loads of food you hate, purely because its cheap.

- Your sleeping and eating patterns are now completely screwed!
When 2am is considered to be an early night.

£60 in the red and a raging hangover.... sounds like a good night
You hide dirty plates.

You sniff every item of food you take out of the fridge before consuming.

You miss you mum's cooking like never before :frown:

This is all you eat everyday since you can't cook
You eat 12p noodles for a week straight just so you can afford to get a haircut

It tastes alright. Nothing special but not disgusting

We cooked them in mugs so that they wouldn't go everywhere

when buying chips/Domino's at 4am seems like the best idea in the world.
Baked beans counts as one of your five a day.

You get tons of free pens at freshers fair but cant find one when you need one.
No matter how little you need the thing, or indeed want the thing, you just can't say no to the word 'free'.

You know the 10pm cheap counter at Sainsbury's so well that you can time your arrival to the precise second between when the sandwich becomes 20p and when the little chinese lady gets it.

No vessel is too poor to contain food.

Your library is busier at night than during the day.

You have at some point in the last year seen a slice of pizza in a bin and weighed up the options carefully.

...you get a notice of a room inspection/health and safety/cleaning the next day and you sh bricks because you've been living in a tip for the past month.

...you woke up at 7AM, 5 days a week at 6th form but now you feel like one 9AM lecture violates your human rights.

I completed first year entirely off the back of a free Catholic Society pen. I may think their society is tosh, but my gosh do they make some resilient biros. (y)
...you have to climb over a mountain of dishes to get to the sink to make a cup of coffee.
Spending £15 a week on food seems like such a waste of money, but a night out less than £20 is a bargain
When you gained weight because you're too busy/tired to make yourself some healthy foods.

When you have no money for food but all the money in the world for drinks.
