Diversity and equal opportunity kandola and fullerton model
Hi could someone please tell me something abit more about the kandola and fullertone model used by businesses for equal opportunity and diversity management, I'm abit confused because when ever I go on the internet I get al lsorts of different answers and don't know which one is the exact model.
It's to do with positive action, and removing discrimination etc...I need more information about this model..and how it's structured...would really really appreciate it as im soooo confused and stuck!
