This clearly raises the question. Hes been what, in for 3 seasons now? What will be of him can anyone tell?

I feel so sorry for Oden. He's just one of those athletes that cannot get their body in order and will forever be compared to Durant because that's who Portland should have picked with their number 1 draft pick.

If you go towards the route of feeling sorry because of Durant, you have to feel for Seattle, who would now have one of the brightest young teams, but instead had their whole franchise sent 1000 miles across country.

Oden has always been a great center when healthy (never?). Hopefully he gets back and plays at least as much as Bynum.

The NBA needs more quality centers now.
This draft class looks to have some good big men

To be honest, he's never really been put to the real test after college

looks like knicks might actually lose this one. I'm still rooting for them to win by 2 points though. Time to get back in the 4th.

Hmm Nets looking likely to win this?

Is Carmelo playing? If so, it's funny how when he comes back, they start losing.

Nets winning this one quite easily until something quite drastic happens now

5 knicks in double figures but 38 for D-will atm

6 TO for Melo :facepalm2:

How is Lin playing?

I don't rate Carmelo Anthony. I actually think the Knicks were better off with out him.

Feel really sorry for Oden. Had all the talent in the world to be a dominating centre. I think he'll retire soon in all honesty.

Also, this is Melo's first game back so I don't see why everyone is getting a huge boner over it. Give them some time to gel. Contrary to what some people believe, I don't think a Melo-less Knicks is better than one with Melo with Lin in the team.

Lin took 18 shots as opposed to Melo's 11. That makes no sense.
hi, i think this is a little off topic but since this is the TSR it's probably the best place to ask this. I'm going to the UK for my studies and seeing that basketball is quite unpopular in the UK, will there be anyone who's actually watching/following the NBA? i don't want to be the only one who will be watching basketball with no one to discuss to or play with. :frown:
