Thought I did really well on a summative exam, got really bad mark

Well, I thought I did really well on an exam paper.

I got 40%, the bare minimum pass. Gutted.

No idea how it happened. Teacher won't tell me anything, I can't see the exam paper. Wouldn't be surprised if the exam had got mixed up with someone else's or something. What can I do?

You should be able to get feedback but because you passed you won't be able to resit it to try and get a higher mark. What did other people get?
