If 85 are outstanding, that leaves you with 315 (out of the 400).
100 could be good, 120 could be borderline, 95 could be poor etc.
It's one of those ''how long is a piece of string?'' questions.
The top 35 in ''good'' might get the remaining offers?
I don't know how the ranking system works in that much detail, sorry.

Poor

Borderline

•

Good

•

Outstanding



Outstanding = definite offer
Poor = definite rejection

If 120 offers are available (random example) and 85 (out of the 400 who get interviewed) get outstanding for their performance, they probably then fill up the remaining 35 offers by moving to those who scored good etc.

Leeds usually respond with a reply post-interview once all interviews have been completed.
